Academic Enrichment

                "You Can Move Mountains"



This is the feeling that reverberates through Quality Life Center's after-school academy. This program provides one-on-one tutoring and enrichment activities for children. The program is designed to help participants stay in school, attend school regularly, improve their grades, complete homework assignments, and stay out of trouble. The program staff works to build confidence and self-esteem in each student.



After-School Program

Our after-school program consists of homework assistance, standardized test preparatory lessons, visual and performing arts, computer skills workshops, mentoring program, leadership and life management skills and an athletic program for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Leadership Program


Our Leadership Program is designed to instill knowledge, values and skills in our teenagers to help them gain success in high school and well into the future. Whether the goal is to find a job or pursue higher learning, Quality Life Center equips you with the skills you need to reach your goals.  The Leadership Program serves teenagers age 12 - 17

The Leadership Program also includes: Camping Trips, FGCU Tours, and Job Training.


Summer Camp Program

The Summer Camp Program is a nine-week summer camp to children age 4-13. Camp activities include the performing arts, life skills and character development, arts and crafts, cooking, peace resolution, computer training, scouting, swimming, recreational activities, and field trips. More than 85 children participated in 2006, and 121 participated in 2007.
